ST. CHARLES, Mo. -- A man has been sentenced to 17 years in prison for a meth lab explosion that badly injured a woman in St. Charles County.
Kyle William Green, 23, pleaded guilty Wednesday to manufacturing a controlled substance.
The fire broke out in September near Wentzville, Mo. Green and the woman were living in a barn. Homeowner Dale Lenze is accused of allowing them to live in his barn in exchange for some of the meth. He faces a court appearance Monday on charges of arson and drug charges.
