The body of a man was discovered this morning in the former town dump of a rural west Tennessee town 20 miles above Dyersburg, Tenn., roughly two hours south of Cape Girardeau.
The body was found in Ridgley, Tenn. The Dyersburg State Gazette said it has learned the body was that of a 70-year-old homeless man, though authorities have yet to release any names or a cause of death.
