Three times a week Mr. L dresses in his best suit jacket and drives to the Dialysis Center in Cape Girardeau for treatment for renal disease.
Mr. L's best jacket is also his only jacket. He wears it summer and winter, no matter how cold it gets.
Mr. L married late in life, finally finding the right person. They have been together 30 years now. His wife has been in and out of the hospital over the past year and Mr. L worries about her health as well as his own.
He also worries about finances. Social Security and a small payment from the Missouri Kidney Program doesn't generate enough income for Mr. and Mrs. L to pay their bills.
Mr. L would really enjoy and use a new winder coat, size medium or large. He could also use new long johns and warm, long-sleeved shirts, size medium.
A gift certificate for groceries and canned goods would be welcome gifts.
