Man arrested on drug charges following death of Perryville woman

PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- A Fredericktown, Mo., man arrested by police this week was charged with felony drug distribution Monday after a local woman was found dead in a Perryville hotel room. Nicole Jones, 20, was found unconscious Saturday and Perryville police allege Steven A. Harbour, 25, sold her prescription drugs, including oxycodone. Harbour is charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute. Perry County Coroner Herb Miller said an autopsy was performed on Jones, but results are not available at this time. Law enforcement and Miller are collaborating to continue investigating the incident.
