MINER, Mo. -- A man was arrested in Miner last week on allegations of child molestation.
Officers with the Miner Police Department were called to a residence on Route AA on Tuesday to investigate allegations of child molestation. According to police chief Chris Griggs, the allegations came from the Missouri Children's Division.
Pedro Macario Martinez-Canceco, 40, was arrested on two counts of first-degree child molestation. He was being held at the Miner Police Department with a cash bond of $100,000.
Griggs said the investigation is continuing.
