A man arrested in Jackson, Mo., May 3 was arraigned Monday in Hawaii on three felony counts of theft in the second degree.
Wendell Morgan, aka Doug Morgan, W. Morgan. D. Morgan and John W.D. Morgan, is accused of creating a false impression that he was a lawyer and bilking Honolulu residents out of their money.
Morgan was arrested by Jackson police officer Darin Shell.
His bail was set at $100,000.
