Quintas is charged with two felony counts of forgery and misdemeanor assault of a law enforcement officer.

When police responded to Quintas' home May 29 for calls of a disturbance, the defendant charged and struck an officer on his side. Following the defendant's arrest, police said they found on him a forged Social Security Administration card and an Immigration and Naturalization permanent residency card in Quintas' name, but was actually registered to a woman.
