Matt Nadeau, owner of Rock Art Brewery, said he got a cease-and-desist letter. The letter said consumers could be confused about which drink is which. The lawyer who sent it didn't immediately return an e-mail seeking comment Monday.

Nadeau created Vermonster to mark his business' 10th anniversary. Now, he's trying to drum up support. His website calls the battle "Rock Art Brewery vs. Corporate America."
