DEXTER, Mo. — A 47-year-old Licking man faces several charges following a one-vehicle wreck Sunday on U.S. 60, about five miles east of Dexter.
Terry D. Longrie was driving a 2000 Chevrolet van eastbound shortly after 2 p.m. on Sunday when he lost control of the vehicle and overturned, coming to rest in the median. He had been traveling at a high rate of speed, the patrol report states, before skidding off the left side of the highway.
Longrie was transported by ambulance for treatment of minor injuries. He was then arrested for driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving and driving a motor vehicle while his driver's license was revoked. He was transported to Stoddard County jail where his bond was set at $1,280.
He posted the required bond and was released from custody.
