LIBRARY TO PRESENT PROGRAM ON FLOWER ARRANGING

The Cape Girardeau Public Library will present a program titled "Home Grown Flower Arranging" at 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 21. Sina Kaiser, a Cape resident, will offer basic flower arranging tips using home garden flowers.

Participants are encouraged to bring flowers from their own gardens, iris leaves, a container and an oasis to make their own arrangements. They also should register for the program in person or by phone.

Kaiser is a member of the Rose Hills Garden Club and has been making arrangements for churches for 25 years.
