On Thursday, Feb. 22, at 7 p.m., Smith will present a program on how he took the photographs.

Smith has been a professor of art at Southeast Missouri State University since 1981. In 1992, he received an Outstanding Art Educator Award by the Missouri Art Education Association.

Both the exhibit and the program will be in the Hirsch Community Room of the library. They are free and open to the public, and accommodations for patrons with disabilities will be made upon request.
