Library closes temporarily

Library moves to new location for renovation

The Cape Girardeau Public Library will close Monday to begin moving all its contents to a temporary location. While the $9 million renovation is taking place, the library will operate at 301 S. Broadview St. The interim library will open Oct. 24. Library fines will not be assessed during the closure.
