Eight members of the Missouri General Assembly will discuss issues facing this year's legislative session Feb. 16 at Southeast Missouri State University.

Panel members include Speaker of the House Steve Gaw of Moberly, House Minority Leader Mark Richardson of Poplar Bluff, Sen. Jerry Howard of Dexter, Sen. Peter Kinder of Cape Girardeau, Sen. Bill McKenna of Barnhart, Rep. Mary Kasten of Cape Girardeau, Rep. David Schwab of Jackson, and Rep. Don Prost of Caruthersville.

Scott Charton, chief of The Associated Press Jefferson City bureau, will moderate the discussion.

Additional state officials, including other members of the General Assembly and legislative staff officers, are expected.
