LEARNING: KELLY FFA ACTIVE

The Kelly High School chapter of Future Farmers of America recently elected new officers for the year. The 1998-99 officers are: Daniel Mothershead, president; Doug Felter and Matt Richbourg, vice-presidents; Beth Glueck, secretary; Russ Mothershead, treasurer; Justin Johnson, reporter; Jim Hulshof, sentinel; Amber Scherer, historian; Chris Weber, parliamentarian; and Daniel Mothershead, chaplain.

Several members recently won awards at the SEMO District Fair in Cape Girardeau. Members also participated in the Area 12 leadership Conference held Oct. 1 at Drury Lodge in Cape Girardeau. The chapter's annual barnwarming dance was held Oct. 2.
