Eaker gets master's degree from Ball State

Andrea Eaker recently graduated from Ball State University in Muncie, Ind., with a master's degree in wellness management and gerontology. She is the daughter of Mitch and Marsha Eaker of Marble Hill, Mo., and the granddaughter of Eldo and Bello Eaker and Harold and Glodena Staats of Zalma, Mo.

Oran graduate earns scholarship to DeVry

Michael Moore of Oran, Mo., has received a scholarship to DeVry University's Kansas City campus. Moore is a 2004 graduate of Oran High School.

Browning gets doctorate in medicine from WUSTL

Alyssa Browning, daughter of Margaret and Robert Browning of Cape Girardeau, recently graduated with a doctorate in medicine from Washington University. Browning is a 1993 graduate of Central High School.
