Robin Phelps, a junior at Notre Dame Regional High School, was recently selected to participate in the Missouri Fine Arts Academy this summer at Missouri State University in Springfield, Mo.

Welter named to fall honor roll at UMR
Andrew D. Welter of Cape Girardeau was named to the honor roll for the 2004 fall semester at the University of Missouri-Rolla. Welter, a chemical engineering major, is the son of Fred Welter of Kelso, Mo. and Teri Buckenmyer of Cape Girardeau.
