To Kyle Thompson, positively impacting the community and the livelihoods of his clients is the best part of his day.

"The first inspiration that I draw from my work is the opportunity that I have to help a person or business meet many of their financial related goals, including, but not limited to, real estate ownership and operating needs," he says.

That both he and the bank at which he works can "be of assistance to our communities and give back" is an idea he is highly committed to.

The people who are part of this effort, whether they are customers, co-workers, or community members, only increase Thompson's appreciation for the job. He says, "I enjoy the opportunity that I have to develop new and existing relationships."
