JACKSON -- Jackson High School will raise the curtains on its March 10-11 production of "Krazy Kamp" at 7:30 each night.

Cast members will be selling tickets for reserved seats. Tickets are $2.50 for adults and $1.50 for students.

Part of the proceeds from the play will go toward the Jackson High Drama Club Scholarship Fund. One scholarship will be awarded to a senior at the end of the year.

"Krazy Kamp" is a two-act comedy written by Tim Kelly.

Eve Hunnicutt (Jessica Littrell) runs an exclusive summer camp for young ladies. The camp is serene until it is invaded by boys.

Social rejects from Camp John Smith -- just across Lake Lookeeloo -- are led by Adam Apple (Aaron Kaiser).

The boys camp has been declared "unfit for habitation." Thus they ask for refuge at Camp Pocahontas for a few days, just long enough for them to clean up before they lose their license.

The camp director pleads with the director of Pocahontas to allow the boys "shelter" for a day or two (otherwise he'll have to return their tuition).

Reluctantly, Eve agrees.

Meanwhile, two carnival workers, Elmer Crumb and Cleopatra Nile (Nathan Cooley and Erika Wilson), decide to hide out at Camp Pocahontas.

They are being chased by Clams Marinara, the notorious gangster (Phil Davis), and his flashy girlfriend Dixie (Michelle Welker), who is anxious to fill them with "hot lead."

Officer Dumm (Jason Wray) is hot on their trail. Dumm can handle any difficult situation (if only he could find his patrol car).

Mrs. Thistlemist, owner of Camp Pocahontas, is in for the shock of her life.
