KOCH NAMED EAGLE SCOUT
Joe Koch, son of Robert and Delores Koch of Cape Girardeau, recently reached the rank of Eagle Scout. Koch has been involved with Boy Scouts for 10 years. He is a member of Troop 2, which is sponsored by the Grace Methodist Church. For his Eagle Scout project, Koch designed and constructed a sign at the entrance to the Elks Lake obstacle course.
