Kinder to speak at First Friday Coffee

Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder will be the speaker at the Cape Girardeau Area Chamber of Commerce's First Friday Coffee. Kinder will discuss the upcoming Tour of Missouri bicycle race that will take place Sept. 7 to 13. Cape Girardeau has been selected as one of the stops on the tour.
