Democratic incumbent Donnie Kiefer has retained his seat on the Scott County Commission.
Kiefer, who represents the county's northern 2nd District, defeated Republican challenger Will Yates with 5,739 votes to 2,588.
Kiefer was first elected in 2008, when he beat Republican Ron McCormick, who was appointed by then-Gov. Matt Blunt to the seat. With Kiefer's win, the commission retains three Democrats out of three seats.
Kiefer is a business owner and auto mechanic from Chaffee.
