KENNETT, Mo. — Bootheel Drug Task force officers and the Kennett Police Department recently raided a home in the Baker Addition of Kennett, uncovering a working methamphetamine manufacturing lab.
The discovery came after officers made a traffic stop involving Christopher Len Harrigan, 29, who was leaving the home.
Harrigan has been charged with attempted manufacturing of a controlled substance, a class B felony, and possession of a controlled substance, a class C felony, according to Dunklin County Prosecuting Attorney Stephen P. Sokoloff.
He was arrested and incarcerated in the Dunklin County Justice Center on $30,000 bond. He remained in jail Thursday morning, and will make his initial appearance in court on Friday.
Once officers apprehended Harrigan, they went to a home on Brown Lane, within Kennett's Baker Addition, where Tammy Kay Campbell, 48, and Kinnie G. Allen, 44, were also arrested and charged with attempted manufacturing of a controlled substance, a class B felony, and possession of a controlled substance, a class C felony, after the task force allegedly located a working meth lab within the residence.
Campbell and Allen were being held in the Dunklin County Justice Center Thursday morning, with Allen's bond set at $30,000, and Campbell's set at $20,000.
Allen remained in custody, however, Campbell bonded out, according to a report from county officials late Wednesday afternoon.
Both Campbell and Allen are to appear in court for their initial arraignment on Friday.
According to John Higgins, supervising agent of the Bootheel Drug Task Force, an investigation continues and more arrests are possible.
