KELLY STUDENT EARNS MIZZOU SCHOLARSHIP

BENTON -- Lauren Brazel, a 1991 graduate of Kelly High School, has been awarded a Curator's Scholarship at the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Brazel, daughter of Larry and Beechy Brazel, Route 2, Charleston, also received the Charles E. Mannschott Jr. Scholarship, the University of Missouri Excellence Award Scholarship and the Sam Stuckey Memorial Scholarship from Kelly High School.

During her senior year at Kelly, she was vice president of the senior class, vice president of the student council, and secretary of BETA Club. She plans to pursue a career in law.
