Judge Stanley Grimm memorial held Friday

U.S. District Judge Stephen N. Limbaugh Jr. speaks at a memorial service honoring former Judge Stanley A. Grimm on Friday, May 17, 2013 at the Rush H. Limbaugh Sr. U.S. Courthouse in Cape Girardeau.
