DEXTER -- Funeral for Joyce Lee Baker of Dexter will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter. The Rev. John Nobles will officiate, with burial in Walker Cemetery at Bloomfield.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 5-8 p.m. today.

Baker, 50, died Tuesday, Dec. 1, 1998, at her home.

She was born Aug. 14, 1948, daughter of Leonard and Delphia Juanita Holford Baker.

Formerly of Bloomfield, Baker lived in Salem, Ill., 10 years, returning to Dexter in September. She attended Christ Gospel Church in Puxico.

Survivors include three brothers, Lester Baker of Essex, Bill Baker and Rick Bostic of Bloomfield; three sisters, Doris Linder of Salem, Barbara Wilkins of Iuka, Ill., and Linda McRoy of Bloomfield.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
