JACKSON -- John Ferguson, the public administrator of Cape Girardeau County, has filed for re-election to a second term.
The Republican officeholder and Methodist minister from Cape Girardeau was elected as public administrator in 1988.
Ferguson, who filed last week, could not be reached for comment.
