Democratic vice presidential nominee Sen. Joe Biden is scheduled to take part in a rally at the Fox High School gym in Arnold. Doors open at 7:30 a.m.
Tonight, Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama will appear at a rally on the Mel Carnahan Quad at the University of Missouri in Columbia. The rally is open to the public and starts around 9:30 p.m.
