The Cape Girardeau Municipal Band will hold a jazz concert Wednesday at 8 p.m. at the Capaha Park Band Shell.

Ronald Nall will lead the band during the free concert. Nancy Jernigan, executive director of the Area Wide United Way, will be the celebrity director.

Selections include "A Change of Pace" march, a medley of traditional Big Band tunes, "Air Nostalgique," "Harlem Nocturne," and "Oodles of Noodles," with Randol Smith, saxophone soloist; "A Touch of Jazz," a salute to Bob Hope and selections from "Sweet Charity."

Smith is a professor of saxophone at Truman State University and attended Jackson High School and Southeast Missouri State University.

Eddie and Billie Keys also will provide entertainment as special guests.
