JAYCEES HOLD MEMBERSHIP MEETING

The Cape Girardeau Chapter of the Missouri Jaycees will meet from noon to 1 p.m. Monday, July 26, at Shoney's, 161 West Drive. Potential members may attend.

Individuals interested in joining the Jaycees may also contact Darrell Stearns at 243-5818 or leave a message at 334-0416. The next regular Jaycees meeting is at 7 p.m. Aug. 9 at Port Cape Girardeau.

The Junior Chamber of Commerce is a service organization for people between ages 21 and 39. They meet the second and fourth Mondays of each month. The organization offers training in business and personal skills, networking opportunities, leadership training and the opportunity to be involved in community projects like Toybox, the annual toy drive for underprivileged children.
