JAYCEES HOLD DSA BANQUET TONIGHT

The Cape Girardeau Jaycees will present the annual Distinguished Service Award at a banquet tonight. The 1992 Boss of the Year will also be honored.

Jim Hart, former all-pro quarterback with the St. Louis Cardinals and now athletic director at Southern Illinois University-Carbondale, will be the featured speaker.

The Distinguished Service Award has been presented each year since 1940 to an individual for professional and civic contributions within the community. The award is given to community leaders under the age of 40 and is open to all citizens in Cape Girardeau.

The Boss of the Year Award is presented annually to the boss of a Jaycee member.
