A Jackson woman was sentenced to 60 days in jail today with a suspended execution of sentence for making false 911 calls in May, according to a news release from Cape Girardeau County Prosecuting Attorney Morley Swingle's office.
In addition to the suspended sentence, Lacey Danielle Hinkle, 20, will be on supervised probation for two years. Cape Girardeau County Associate Circuit Judge Gary Kamp also required that Hinkle perform 40 hours of community service, pay $300 to the Cape Girardeau County Crime Reduction Fund and complete any counseling sessions recommended by her probation officer.
Hinkle had pleaded guilty to making a fake 911 call on May 11 reporting a serious car accident with injuries in front of the Gordonville Grill.
