JACKSON SCHOOL ENROLLMENT THIS WEEK

Registration for students in the Jackson School District will be this week.

The schedule for high school students to register will be from 8 to noon Monday for seniors, Tuesday for juniors and Wednesday for sophomores.

High school students will receive their class schedules and assigned lockers. They will have an opportunity to purchase yearbooks for $25 and activity tickets for $10. Activity tickets will allow students to attend home varsity and junior varsity athletic events. Checks are to be made payable to Jackson R2 School District.

Pictures will also be taken for the yearbook and student identification cards. Students can get information about the picture packages from the school or Don Bess Studio.

At the junior high school, ninth-grade students will register from 8 to noon Monday, and eighth-graders will register from 8 to noon Tuesday.

Junior high school students will receive their class schedules and lockers and have their pictures taken for the yearbook.

Middle School enrollment is set for 8 to noon Wednesday, with seventh-graders receiving their schedules, teacher assignments and lockers.

Sixth-graders can check teacher and team assignments.

Elementary school registration will be from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday at the Primary Annex for all elementary school students.

Students with a change of address should notify the school district or bring information with them when they enroll.

Besides registration, an open house has been scheduled for each school.

The schedule for open houses is:

Primary Annex, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., Aug. 20. Kindergarten students will be enrolled at this time.

North Elementary School, 1:30 to 3:30 p.m., Aug. 21.

Orchard Drive Elementary School, 1:30 to 3:30 p.m., Aug. 21.

South Elementary School, 3 to 5 p.m., Aug. 19 for kindergartners; 6 to 8 p.m., Aug. 20, for first- and second-graders; 6 to 8 p.m., Aug. 21 for third-, fourth- and fifth-graders.

West Lane Elementary School, 6:30 to 7:30, Aug. 21, for an orientation night.

Gordonville and Millersville schools, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., Aug. 20.

Middle School, 7 to 8 p.m., Sept. 6.

Junior High School, 6:30 to 8 p.m., Aug. 24.

High School, 7 p.m., Aug. 27, back to school night.
