The Jackson School District will host a parent session today about how students with disabilities can transition to post-secondary life. Parents will learn about transition services available and receive information about community resources, guardianship and Social Security benefits, according to the district's website. Sessions will be offered from 9 to 11 a.m. and from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in room 13 of Jackson Junior High. Call 243-9501 for more information.
