Wallace R. Stewart, Sedgewickville, was arrested Oct. 1 for driving while intoxicated.

Ross R. Gartman, Murphysboro, Ill., was arrested Friday for driving white intoxicated.

Arrests

Dennis A. Murphy, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sept. 28 on a Cape Girardeau warrant.

Glenda P. Oberle, Cape Girardeau, was arrested for trespassing and property damage.

A 15-year-old male was referred to juvenile authorities Sept. 29 for assault.

A 15-year-old male was referred to juvenile authorities Thursday for property damage.

A 16-year-old male was referred to juvenile authorities Thursday for burglary.

Thefts

An ATV was reported stolen Thursday in the 1000 block of North High Street.

Checks were reported stolen Friday in the 1100 block of Kimbeland Drive.

Property damage was reported Oct. 1 at Brookside Park.

Property damage was reported Oct. 1 in the 400 block of South Hope Street.

Property damage was reported Thursday at Jackson High School.

Property damage was reported Sunday in the 900 block of West Independence.
