Some Jackson residents will experience a planned power outage this weekend as crews perform relocation work on lines and equipment at the intersection of East Main and Lacey streets as part of a traffic signal project.

If the weather allows crews to work, customers in and around the Savannah Ridge West subdivision in Jackson will be without power Saturday for four hours between noon and 4 p.m. To ensure customers have ample time to prepare, the city will post notices on the doors of all affected homes and businesses before Saturday.
