Jackson man's case heads to circuit court

The case against a 28-year-old Jackson man facing multiple child molestation charges was directed to circuit court after a preliminary hearing Monday in Jackson. Matthew E. Prince faces three felony counts of child molestation, two felony counts of sexual misconduct and two misdemeanors for furnishing pornographic material to minors. Investigators say he took a bath with two girls under the age of 14 years, exposed himself to them while watching a pornographic video and fondled them through their clothing. Prince's first appearance in circuit court will be Feb. 9 for arraignment.
