A. Establish an opening and closing date for school board candidate filings. Missouri law requires the opening date and time to be 8 a.m., Tuesday, Jan. 3, and the closing date no later than 5 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 31.

B. Consider appointing two members for three-year terms to the student scholarship committee.

C. Accept the retirement of Linda L. James, elementary art teacher, effective at the end of the 1994-95 school year.

D. Accept the resignation of Jonathan Vorce, school bus driver.

E. Consider canceling the Dec. 27 meeting of the board unless a called meeting is necessary.
