* Accept the bid of Construction Engineers Contracting Inc. of Ste. Genevieve, Mo., in the amount of $425,660.31, for the Elwanda Relief Sewer Project, Reach B, and the Old Toll Road Interceptor Sewer Project, Reach A.

* Authorize a contractual agreement with Construction Engineeers Contracting Inc. for the Elwanda Relief Sewer Project, Reach B, and the Old Toll Road Interceptor Sewer Project, Reach A.

* Authorize a second revised wholesale distribution service agreement with Ameren UE.

* Approve a retailers of malt liquor (beer) by the drink 5 percent license for Jackson Lanes at 304 E. Monroe St.

* Accept the bid of Lappe Cement Finishing Inc. of Perryville, Mo., in the amount of $209,460.14, for the North Hope Street Improvement Project.

* Authorize a contractual agreement with Lappe Cement Finishing Inc. for the North Hope Street Improvement Project.

* Approve the rezoning of the lots in Pioneer Orchard seventh, ninth and tenth subdivisions from R-1 (single-family residential) District to R-2 (single-family residential) District, as submitted by Missouri Lakes LLC.

* Accept the dedication of right of way, permanent easement and temporary construction easement deeds from the Michael H. Lackamp Revocable Trust Agreement and the Sandra Kay Lackamp Revocable Trust Agreement, relative to the South Old Orchard Road Improvement Project.

* Amend Chapter 21 of the city code on storm-water illicit discharge.
