* Support of a request to the Missouri Department of Transportation, for a break in access in East Jackson Boulevard relative to the South Old Orchard Road Improvement Project, phase five.
* Approve the rezoning of the future lots in Pioneer Orchard subdivision phases seven through 10 from Single-Family Residential) District to R-2 (Single-Family Residential) District and R-3 (One and Two-Family Residential) District.
* Invoke provisions the city code of ordinances to rezone the future Lots No. 59 and 60 in Pioneer Orchard subdivision phase eight from R-1 (Single-Family Residential) District to R-2 (Single-Family Residential) District, in lieu of the requested zoning change to R-3 (One and Two- Family Residential) District.
* Approve the preliminary plat of Pioneer Orchard subdivision phases seven through 10.
* Approve the preliminary plat of Pioneer Orchard subdivision phases seven through ten contingent upon the approval of the rezoning of the future lots of Pioneer Orchard subdivision phases seven through 10.
