* Consider motion to change the regular council meeting from Monday, June 18, to Tuesday, June 19, at 7:30 p.m.

* Consider a resolution accepting the petition for voluntary annexation of property owned by the Cape Special Road District and setting a public hearing for 7:30 p.m. Monday, July 2.

Street Committee

* Consider a bill proposing an ordinance authorizing a contractual agreement with Koehler Engineering and Land Surveying, Inc., of Cape Girardeau relative to the survey and preparation of legal descriptions of right of way for the proposed extension of South West Lane.

Executive Session

Motion to have executive session to discuss litigation, personnel and purchase of property.
