Power and light committee

• Consider a motion to set the annual Jackson Board of Aldermen/Cape Girardeau City Council joint meeting for 7 p.m. March 12 at the Osage Community Centre.
• Consider an ordinance accepting the dedication of an electric line easement deed from the Heise Family Trust for the 34.5 kilovolt Electric Line Transmission Project.
• Consider an ordinance authorizing the acquisition of property regarding the Hubble Creek Recreation Trail Project, City Park to West Jackson Boulevard.

Street committee

• Consider a motion to set a public hearing for 7:30 p.m. Feb. 26 to consider the proposed abandonment of Shawn Drive, as submitted by Steve and Amelia Ledbetter, Howard and Shirley Duer, and Steve and Erikka Sokolowski.
• Consider accepting the voluntary annexation petition for 1.9 acres of property addressed as 2869 Bainbridge Road and setting a public hearing for 7:30 p.m. March 5 as submitted by PB Properties LLC.
• Consider an ordinance approving the final plat of Pioneer Orchard Sixth Subdivision, as submitted by Missouri Lakes LLC.
• Consider an ordinance accepting the dedication of a lift station access easement deed from Missouri Lakes LLC.
