Power and Light Committee

• Consider a motion to change the Board of Aldermen regular meeting from Monday, Jan. 1, to Monday, Jan. 8 at 7:30 p.m. in observance of the New Year's Day holiday.
• Consider a motion to change the board of aldermen regular meeting from Monday, Jan. 15, to Monday, Jan. 22, at 7:30 p.m., in observance of the Martin Luther King, Jr., holiday.
• Consider an ordinance authorizing an amendment to the Sixth Amendment to Landfill Redesign, Operation Agreement and Option, by the addition of a fuel recovery fee.
• Consider an ordinance accepting a general warranty deed from Kevin and Dominique Sawyer, Stephen and Doris Sawyer, Gene and Nancy Edelmann, and the Dorothy C. Illers Revocable Trust, Audra Jenkins and Joseph and Sarah Stewart.
• Consider an ordinance authorizing the city to lease to UMB Bank, NA certain real estate and the improvements thereon and approving the sale and delivery of $1,445,000 in principal amount of Certificates of Participation, Series 2006, and authorizing and approving certain documents and actions in connection with the sale and delivery of the certificates.
• Consider an ordinance amending Chapter 15 of the Code of Ordinances, relative to cemetery fees and charges.
• Consider an ordinance approving a contractual agreement with Horner & Shifrin Inc., of St. Louis, Mo., for Amendment No. 1 of Authorization No. 23, providing for full-time inspection services for the Williams Creek (West) Interceptor Sewer Project, Reach B.

• Consider a motion approving Change Order No. 1, in the amount of $25,500. to Fronabarger Concreters Inc. of Oak Ridge for the 2006 Concrete Street Repair Program.
• Consider an ordinance authorizing the acquisition of property, for the Oak Street Recreation Trail Project.
• Consider an ordinance amending Chapter 45 of the Code of Ordinances, for driving while intoxicated or driving under the influence.
