Action Items

Power and Light Committee

Authorized the mayor to execute an application for a Land and Water Conservation Fund grant.

Accepted the dedication of Sanitary Sewer Easement Deeds from Oak Enterprises, L.L.C., Don and Donna Voorhes and Joseph and Frances Willenbring.

Approved a lease agreement for 27.4 acres between the Jackson Industrial Development Corporation and the city of Jackson.

Street Committee

Amended the Stop Street Schedule -- Schedule VI by adding certain stop designations of Providence Drive and Cambridge Road.

Approved the minor plat of M.I. Subdivision as submitted by Maevers Investments, L.L.C.

Approved the mayor's appointments to the Highway 34/72 Improvements Committee.

Accepted petition for voluntary annexation of .64 acres of property owned by Colleen Robey-Woods and set a public hearing for 7:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 7.
