Action Items

Power and Light Committee Approved the mayor's appointment of Rodney Bollinger, Alderman Larry Hall, Alderman Larry Cunningham and Wayne Maupin to serve on the Zoning Amendments Committee.

Amended the contractual agreement with Southwest Power Administration relative to the transmission of electric capacity.

Street Committee

Set a public hearing for Monday, Jan. 7 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the city's revised Land Subdivision Regulations.

Amended Chapter 45, Article VII of the City Code relating to disorderly houses.

Approved a special-use permit for Dr. Terry Spence for the establishment and operation of a dental office in an R-3 general residential district on Broadridge Drive.

Accepted the dedication of Dogwood Avenue right of way easements from Ronald Kucera Jr., Kenneth and Elwanda Seabaugh and Midwest Sterilization Corp.
