Public Hearing

• Held hearing to consider the request for voluntary annexation of property owned by the Cape Special Road District.

Action Items

Power and Light Committee

• Approved a resolution determining the intent of the City of Jackson to reimburse itself for certain capital expenditures.
• Accepted dedication of water line easements from Lois Wendel and Palma Owens.
• Approved an ordinance vacating a sewer line easement across Lots 1 and 2 in Chrisemma Resubdivision of Lot 2, requested by Mr. and Mrs. Lawson Burgfeld and Emogene Schnurbusch.
• Accepted dedication of a sewer line easement from Mrs. and Mrs. Lawson Burgfeld and Emogene Schnurbusch.

Street Committee

• Approved the mayor's appointment of Aldermen Penzel, Cunningham, Ludwig and Reiminger, Public Works Director Jim Roach and Building and Planning Superintendent Rodney Bollinger to serve on the Major Street Construction Priority Committee.
