Accepted the bid of Fletcher-Reinhardt Company, of St. Louis, Missouri, in the amount of $62,629.23, and authorizing the purchase of electrical distribution hardware, relative to the 34.5 KV Intertie Line -- Phase II Project.
Accepted the bid of Diversified Electric Supply Co., of North Little Rock, Arkansas, in the amount of $43,823.47, and authorized the purchase of electrical distribution hardware, relative to the 34.5 KV Intertie Line -- Phase II Project.
Accepted the bid of Arkansas Electric Cooperatives, Inc., of Little Rock, Arkansas, in the amount of $4,332.00, and authorized the purchase of electrical distribution hardware, relative to the 34.5 KV Intertie Line -- Phase II Project.
Accepted the bid of Kluesner Concreters, of Scott City, Missouri, in the amount of $43,515.00, for concrete foundation construction, relative to the Electric Distribution Department Maintenance Building Project.

Approved the minor plat of Jackson Commons Subdivision, as submitted by Narval Randol, Jr., and Amy C. Randol.
Accepted the bid of Fronabarger Concreters, Inc., of Oak Ridge, Missouri, in the amount of $269,013.15, relative to the South Old Orchard Road Improvement Project.
Authorized a contractual agreement with Fronabarger Concreters, Inc., relative to street improvements under the South Old Orchard Road Improvement Project.
Denied the minor plat of Deerwood Subdivision, Phase 2. The vote was 5-3 in favor of the plat, but it did not meet the required 2/3 majority upon disapproval from planning and zoning.
