Public hearing
- Held a public hearing to consider a special-use permit request for a temporary mobile office unit on Lot 44 of Nine Oaks Subdivision, in an R-2 (single-family residential) district, as submitted by B&R Developers Inc. Ron Clark spoke in favor of the permit; no opposition.

- Set a public hearing for 7:30 p.m. April 16 to consider the city's application to the state under the 2007 Community Development Block Grant program.
- Approved an ordinance amending Chapter 3, Article V, of the Code of Ordinances, regarding certain appointed positions. Altered the terms of the clerk, city attorney and police chief from a set term of years to a tenure in office subject to removal by the board.
- Approved an ordinance accepting the dedication of a sanitary sewer easement deed from the Bank of Missouri.
- Approved an ordinance accepting the dedication of a partial assignment of electric line easement rights from AmerenUE, relative to the 34.5 kilovolt electric transmission line project.
Street committee
- Approved a payment of $18,895.04 to Clark & Sons Excavating LLC regarding the oversizing of infrastructure in the Nine Oaks Second and Third subdivisions.
- Approved the preliminary plat of Willow Bend Subdivision No. 2, as submitted by Christopher and Carla Brown.
- Approved a resolution in support of the city's application to the Missouri Department of Transportation through its Transportation Enhancement Program, regarding the Hubble Creek Recreation Trail Project, Phase 1 (City Park to West Jackson Boulevard segment).
- Approved an ordinance accepting the dedication of a temporary construction easement deed from the Richard L. Koeppel and Alice F. Koeppel Revocable Trust, regarding the Oak Street Recreation Trail Project.
- Approved an ordinance approving the minor plat of Garrett Lane Multiplex Second Subdivision, as submitted by Quantas Development LLC.
- Approved an ordinance approving the minor plat of South Old Orchard Road Subdivision, as submitted by the Frank D. Emmendorfer II Revocable Trust, the Bettilee Emmendorfer Revocable Trust and Old Horizon Inc.
