Accepted the dedication of sanitary sewer easement deed from Michael and Kathleen McMillan.

Vacated an existing utility easement across Lot No. 1 in Sunset Hills Subdivision, Unit No. 1.

Authorized the city attorney to initiate condemnation proceedings to obtain required easements for the Phase I-Stage 2 SRF sewer projects.

Accepted the bid of Mid-America Power Equipment Inc. of Cape Girardeau in the amount of $14,400 and authorized the purchase of one model 1445-72 John Deere front deck mower.

Accepted the dedication of a Hubble Creek Improvement District easement deed from Richard W. Bangert.Street Committee

Set a public hearing for Tuesday, Feb. 19, at 7:30 p.m. to discuss the city submission of an application to the state of Missouri under the Community Development Block Grant Program.

Approved the issuance of an original package liquor with Sunday sales license to Casey's Marketing Co., d.b.a.., Casey's General Store, at 920 W. Independence St.
