Power and Light Committee

Authorize partial payment of $44,100 to Caldwell Tanks Inc. as per 300,000-gallon elevated tank contract.

Authorize purchase of three new 500/560 KVA single-phase voltage regulators from Fletcher-Reinhardt Co. of Maryland Heights in the amount of $32,496.

Authorize partial payment of $11,697.66 to Hogan Painting and Sandblasting as per power plant elevated water tank project.

Street Committee

Change regular council meeting from Monday, Sept. 4, to Tuesday, Sept. 5, due to Labor Day holiday.

Set a public hearing on the 1995 tax rate for Aug. 21 at 7:30 p.m.

Consider motion granting permission to local civic organizations and businesses to sell "YELL" newspapers on city streets on Sept. 12.

Amend "Parking Prohibited At All Times On Certain Streets" schedules to include no parking zones along portions of South Missouri Street, North High Street and East Mary Street.
