Power and Light Committee

-- Consider resolution accepting petition for voluntary annexation from Jackson Elks Lodge #2652 and setting a public hearing for July 1 at 7:30 p.m.

-- Consider motion authorizing pay request in the amount of $23,305.67 to Penzel Construction Co. as final payment under the City Hall renovation contract and change order relating to library.

-- Consider motion authorizing pay request in the amount of $39,984 to Landgraf Construction as final payment under the Brookside Park restroom facility contract.

Street Committee

-- Consider ordinance approving the rezoning of all Lots 55, 56, 57 and 58 as indicated on the preliminary plat of Fairfield Estates Subdivision from R-1 to $02 as requested by Stan Williams of Plantation Properties.

-- Consider motion instructing City Attorney to prepare ordinance vacating Madison Street between Missouri Street and Russell Street, contingent upon successful school bond election on Aug. 6.

-- Consider motion approving closure of Wedge Lane on June 29 between 4 p.m. and 11 p.m. for neighborhood block party.
